Mercedes recalls 575,341 cars in China
- Details
On 22.12.2017, AQSIQ (General Administration of Qua- lity Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the PRC) has announced that as of 05.02.2018 there will be a recall for a potential hazard with the power steering parts from Mercedes in China. Affected are models of the A, B, C, E class and Mercedes GLA, GLC SUV, GLK from the years of construction from 2011 to 2017.

Children play mat, puzzle mat soon CCC compulsory
- Details
In China, play mat and puzzle mat products for children now require CCC certification. The products must be certified to 30.11.2018 according to the implementation regulation CNCA-13C and GB standard GB6675 CCC. How often does the surveillance audit take place for factories that only produce spare parts?
- Details
Works that only produce CCC-relevant spare parts ("spare part") do not need to be audited annually. However, certain conditions must be fulfilled. For factories that produce spare parts only in the first year and do not produce within the next four years, the surveillance audit will in principle be made at least once within the entire 5 years.
