Baidu and Daimler cooperation in the field of automatic driving and car networking

new implementation rule for E-bike released

According to a recent announcement by the CNCA ("Certification and Accreditation Administration of the PRC", "中国国家认证认可监督管理委员"), a new implementation rules for E-bike CNCA-C11-16: 2018 was released on 19 July 2018,and it comes into force on 1 August 2018. Here are the certification organisations CQC, CCAP, CCLC, QTCTC, SMQ which are responsibile for CCC Certification for E-bike. Hier is a list of test laboratories for testing E-bike.

CCC product category changed
- Details
According to a recent joint announcement by the SAMR ("State Administration for Market Regulation", "国家市场监督管理总局") and the CNCA ("Certification and Accreditation Administration of the PRC", "中国国家认证认可监督管理委员"), these products are deleted from the CCC Product category. That means, they are no longer ccc relevant any more. However, factories have the option to transfer their CCC certificates into CQC or CCAP voluntary certificates and put the CQC or CCAP Mark on the products instead of CCC Mark, because conformity is still valid and important for these products according to the chineses standards ("GB Standard", "国标") if they are sold in the chinese market. GB-Standards revision work in light industry in process

According to a recent press released by the China National Light Industry Council, the light industry will focus its efforts on safety standards and accelerate the preparation and revision of a number of mandatory national standards ("GB Standard","国标") in the fields of home appliances, lighting, children's products, and toys to provide more protection for consumer safety. In these fields, they have accelerated the development of international standards comparisons and conversions, and strive to achieve 95% compliance with international standards by the end of 2018.

Audit authority revoked for 16 Auditors

According to a recent press release by CCAA ("China Certification & Accreditation Association", "中国 认证 认可 协会"), 16's audit permissions have been revoked by Chinese auditors. It was found that the auditors had been unlawful either at registration or during the audit against the "Management System Auditor Registration Regulation", eg cheating of diplomas and work experience, failure to keep the audit plan, money under the table, as well as external auditors at the same time work as a Consultant or Legal Entity of a consulting firm, etc.
